NASCAR Xfinity Series drivers Sheldon Creed and Austin Hill made contact during Saturday night's race at Bristol Motor Speedway. Hill was forced to walk to the infield after the incident, while Creed continued racing.
Creed still has a chance to advance to the Championship 4 if he wins the race. Hill's night is over, but he can still make the Championship 4 if he wins one of the two remaining races in the Round of 8.
The incident happened on Lap 142 of the 250-lap race. Creed was running in the top five when he made contact with Hill's car. Hill's car spun out and hit the wall. Hill was able to get out of his car and walk to the infield.
Creed continued racing and is currently running in the top five. He needs to win the race in order to advance to the Championship 4.
